For several months, award winning diva Whitney Houston has always been in her pajamas and getting high on cocaine and marijuana. Sometime in 2008 ex-husband Bobby Brown blamed the singer for drug addiction. He told the press that his wife is the one responsible for his alcohol drinking problems and drug dependency. However, with Whitney Houston's two-part recorded interview with Oprah Winfrey, fans and supporters of the singer are now confused whether Houston influenced Brown or not to take drugs.

During the interview with Oprah, Houston unloaded all her sad emotions and thoughts about her wrecked marriage with Brown and how they descend into drug addiction. Houston's drug addiction was the major cause of her downfall in the music industry.Â

She revealed on the show that it was Brown who was the cause of their addiction to drugs. "He was my drug," Houston said. "I didn't do anything without him. I wasn't getting high by myself. It was me and him together, and we were partners, and that's what my high was â€" him. He and I being together, and whatever we did, we did it together. No matter what, we did it together."

When asked if rumors about her being battered by Brown, Houston denied completely. She said that her ex-husband did not hurt her physically. She only admitted that Brown hit her across her cheek and also spit right in her face. She also revealed that it was her mother together with some police officers who rescued her drug addiction.

The singer-diva is said to be presently undergoing rehabilitation program and is expecting to regain her reputation as an amazing artist when she comes back to the show business. Many people believe that this talented woman will still get her life back.
